[The heat] Didn't spoil our enjoyment although perhaps effected my play a little (good excuse that one). Thanks for all the effort put into organising the congress to all volunteers.

 Thank you for the very quick results! we only arrived home at 9pm! Gordon enjoyed the weekend and his Grading prize!
The venue and organisation were very good, except for the heat in the playing hall. Hope to see you next year.

Had a wonderful time at the congress. Everyone is so efficient and friendly. It is also a great bonus to be able to sleep on site and not have to travel
each day.Heating - don't worry too much about it, it would be far worse if the players were feeling cold!!!!
Look forward to joining you again next year, 

Another very enjoyable tournament in all respects.  Thank you for all the organisation. 

All those bodys in the one room will generate heat, im surprised it was not hotter. There is not much i think that could have been done.

Over all a good weekend (if its too cold we complain if its to hot we complain!!)
